Dean Petty
Greetings from Montana! My name is Dean Petty, an independent broker working with Rocky Mountain Timberlands. I was raised in Oregon, a descendant of pioneers who moved West on the Oregon Trail, but over 10 years ago I moved east from Oregon and landed in Montana. The move has been great and our new home has proven to be a wonderful place to live, much like Oregon was when I was growing up.
The Rocky Mountain West is the place to live if you love the outdoors. Right out my backdoor I can find every kind of outdoor activity I enjoy—hunting, fishing, backpacking, camping, skiing, photography, rafting, rock climbing or even rock hounding. It also is a family oriented area--- something my family loves. When my oldest daughter, Emeshea (22) was in High School she drew a tag for mountain goat hunting so we climbed a lot cliffs together, but we never found one. Last year she graduated from Pepperdine University and now lives in Europe teaching English in Hungary. Now my youngest, Livia (16) is my hunting partner!!
Of course, being in real estate is great for our life style. We often get to be outdoors checking out new properties. My wife, Darla and I love to travel and visit the different properties that Rocky Mountain Timberlands offers. We have even purchased a few parcels ourselves for that future cabin or retirement home!
I am proud to be a member of the staff here and to be able to offer you a great opportunity to find your place in the west. If you have any questions, give me a call (406-580-3372)or e-mail me at mountainlands@aol.com. I promise to assist you in every way possible to make your land purchase easy and enjoyable so you too can find your spot in the Rocky Mountain West.

Jim Kozlik
THIS HELLO IS COMING FROM THE MOUNTAINS AND RANGE LANDS OF MONTANA! I AM A MIDWEST TRANSPLANT, BEEN OUT HERE FOR 19 YEARS NOW AND I GOTTA TELL YA, THE STARK BEAUTY OF LIVING IN "GOD’S" ENTIRE SPLENDOR CAN BE SPELL BOUNDING AT TIMES.
WHEN MY WIFE, MARIAN, AND I MOVED OUT WEST IN ’78 WE LIVED "OFF GRID" AT 8,000 FEET IN THE MOUNTAINS OF COLORADO. MOVED HERE IN ’88 BEFORE THE BIG "LAND RUSH" OF WESTERN MONTANA. THINGS HAVE CHANGED A BIT IN AND AROUND THE CITIES OF MONTANA AND THE RESORT AREAS…. LAND PRICES, POPULATION AND THE "ENERGY" IN GENERAL IS DIFFERENT. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT MOST OF THE LAND YOU’LL SEE FOR SALE IN THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN TIMBERLANDS BROCHURES IS STILL RURAL AND REMOTE GIVING YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THE WEST THE WAY I HAVE 18 YEARS AGO… SLOWED DOWN TO NATURE’S HEARTBEAT.
THIS IS MY SECOND "TOUR OF DUTY" WITH RMT. I WORKED HERE FROM ’97 TO 2001 AND ENJOYED IT SO MUCH I HAD TO COME BACK FOR MORE. I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE DEVELOP THEIR DREAM OF WESTERN LIVING. DURING THE TIME I HAVE BEEN GONE I REKINDLED MY CONSTRUCTION SKILLS AND BECAME A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. NOW I CAN BETTER ASSIST YOU IN FURTHER DEVELOPING YOUR LAND WITH IDEAS, ESPECIALLY FOR THE OFF GRID LIFESTYLE!
LET ME KNOW WHAT YOUR LAND NEEDS ARE…LET’S TALK.

Craig Boulton
Holding a single trout caught in the Firehole River of Yellowstone Park, I was the age of 14. The year as I recall was about 1974. I knew the Rocky Mountain region was for me. I knew I was coming back. When Judy and I married in 1981 we left southwest Washington state for Bozeman. Having been a resident since, we have had the privilege of raising our 5 daughters in this beautiful area. We longed to live in place where one could “stretch his legs”. I enjoy what the area has to offer including but not limited to hunting, fishing, metal detecting and watching my girls grow up. That’s me and my oldest daughter Carissa on the 4-wheeler enjoying the great outdoors. Montana & Wyoming have so much to offer you. If you want to make this your home I would like to thank you in advance for your interest in our properties. Rocky Mt Timberlands has offered Judy and I the opportunity to make land ownership a reality for those who have the same frame of mind.

Tammy Brekke
Hello from Montana! My name is Tammy Brekke; I have been employed with Rocky Mountain Timberlands for over ten years. When I became a licensed real estate agent I realized I had found a profession I could truly love.
Having previously lived in California and Idaho, Montana is where I call home. Both my Father and Mother were adamant about raising their daughters in Montana. In 1989 we made that move. Living in this beautiful state with its breath-taking mountain views and endless hiking trails have made me very appreciative of their decision. Montana is now where my husband and I are raising our two children. We feel very fortunate to be living and breathing under the “Big Sky”.
I look forward to assisting you reach your next real estate goal, whether it be your first real estate purchase or your last. Give me a call or send me an email so we can take the first step to making your real estate dreams come true!

Justin Joyner
Growing up in Montana has taught me to appreciate the outdoors on many levels. Camping, Hiking, Skiing, Snowboarding, Fishing, Hunting, and exploring new mountain areas are all a product of growing up in “The Last Best Place”. Enjoying these activities with me is my wife, Sara, daughter Jordy, soon to be born son Rex, and my mastiff Libby.
I graduated from high school in Bozeman, Montana in 1994. From there, I went on to ITT Tech in Spokane, Washington, where I graduated in 1997. I have had a real estate license since 1997, and a real estate Broker’s License since 2002. I worked as a draftsman and a salesperson for Rocky Mountain Timberlands from 1997-2002. For the 3-½ years that followed, I was a general contractor, designer, and builder of residential homes in the Bozeman area. In 2004, I became the broker for Rocky Mountain Timberlands. I sponsor most of the people who are selling land for this company.
I look forward to helping you find the answers and property that you are looking for, with my main goal being to listen to you and give you good advice.

Bill Feaster
I'm a 4th generation Wyomingite and grew up on a ranch in eastern Wyoming working alongside my grandfather. I was taught that honesty and hard work is the core of a man's character and that's the way I conduct business. I learned that dreams CAN become reality if we are willing to work and sacrifice.
I purchased land from Rocky Mountain Timberlands and, due to the way they conduct business, have chosen to work with them. They're the only land company, I've heard of, that guarantees what they sell! How's that for old fashioned integrity?
I love the outdoors, in this part of the world, and all it has to offer. My wife and 2 daughters moved on to our raw land several years ago with 9 dogs, 8 horses and about a dozen cats. I bought a small sawmill and began cutting lumber for our small but adequate home. Some of the trees were cleared to make room for the horses and used for lumber and fire wood-nothing went to waste. We had a well drilled and were blessed with excellent water.
We're not on the grid but are 100% solar and wind power, so we have no utility bills!
If you're thinking that it sounds like hard work- well, you're right! But my kids can saddle up the horses, that they broke, and ride all day in a 'postcard' setting breathing clean air. They can live in the home that they helped build. They can see raw land take shape! They can live the dream! You can too!!!
Give me a call!
